  This was posted on Facebook and if this is the case and this is what this restaurant did then I will NEVER set foot in this place again! What kind of world are we living in where you are telling people they cannot talk about something............so very sad:( here is the post you should be ashamed!
  
  "To anyone who came to Alstarz for postcard writing to Trump tonight: sorry if you didn't know we were there. We were there from 7-9:45 pm. There were 8 of us throughout the night, and we all ordered food and drinks. As were were leaving, the last person in our group to walk out the door was asked who organized the event (the answer: "we did") and was told the owner does not want anything political happening there. He said they appreciate our business but not us discussing Trump. We are so sorry if you were told we weren't there, and hope you write postcards on your own! But all in all we wrote over 100 postcards!!"

  I wish it was possible to rate it zero stars. The food was warm at best. Soup kitchens serve better prepared food than what they are pushing. The only thing worse than the food was the service. She acted as if it was a chore serving us. Had know idea what was on the menu, completely forgot to put in a drink order then proceeded to walk by the table 5 or six times looking at the empty glasses. Your better off getting a six pack and eating a hungry man tv dinner. alstarz = NOSTARZ!!!

  Surprising food!
  
  This is a large-scale sports bar and the crowd gets pretty intense on the weekends, so be warned.
  
  I was pleasantly surprised at the food on the few visits there. Appetizers were tasty and nicely done, while the entrees were properly prepared and full of flavor.
  
  The atmosphere is a bit "large-scale" but that really didn't take away from things. Go for an early dinner on a weeknight, you will be very happy you did.
  
  Definitely not what you would expect for dinner, but worth a try for something different.

  My family and I went here for Thanksgiving. Awesome food and a huge buffet filled with everything (including breakfast). We were all highly impressed. I definitely recommend coming here to eat.
  
  However, I wouldn't come here for their "club". It's like all the riffraff from Kat Man Du flocked here since they closed.
