  Super nice people there. Just signed up for the rewards card and had a free drink coupon. Did my realize it expired yesterday but honored it anyway. And very patient with me while I figured out how to use the app. Lol

  I've been to many Starbucks and you always have to wait (just like any restaurant or cafe), but it's always worth the wait , I love it

  A year or two ago, this used to be my favorite Starbucks. The staff, the accuracy of the drinks, everything was on point. But since then, things have unfortunately gone down hill. Some of the staff tend to say rude things or overshare, to the point at which it feels a bit awkward, as the customer (one male staff member commented on how he was thankful that I ordered a decaf drink, as a pregnant woman; that so many pregnant women order caffeinated drinks because they 'Don't give a sh*t'). Lately, my drinks have been wrong about 25% of the time. And I'm not talking about complicated drinks; I'm talking a peppermint mocha that ended up being completely white, because the barista used white mocha by mistake; or a decaf latte being served as a caffeinated latte, by mistake; or a cinnamon dolce latte with no cinnamon whatsoever. I typically order things right off the menu and don't customize them at all, so for every basic drink I receive that's made wrong, I tend to wonder how some of these baristas passed their tests. I find this to be the most 'inaccurate' Starbucks in the Bordentown/Hamilton/Princeton area, but they're the closest to my house, so I continue to go here; I just make a point of checking my drink before I leave.

  I like this location, but only in the morning. The morning crew is always their best people, who know my name and always get it right. Afternoons it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it's good, but more often than not, it's a sh*tshow. This week, after waiting 10 minutes to pick up my mobile order, they admitted they gave it away. No apology. I couldn't wait for another drink because there was already a huge backup of people waiting. So they credited my account, but still.... There were 6 people behind the counter, huge waits, and a total lack of service. I'll stick to mornings, thank you very much.
